Great Britain - Die Symbols?

What do the Die Symbols mean? They are attached to 4 different cities on the G.B. map.

Also, what is the 'H' in the Hex north of Carlisle mean?

H above a city indicates that a Hotel card is available to be picked.
The white H will change color to the color of the player claiming the Hotel.

The dice above the cities are helper markers to indicate Service bounties for first delivery to that city.
The # on the die is the value of the service bounty.
