Space base bug

They really need to fix the space base freeze error.
I try to avoid real time games with space base because they tend to lock up the bga app.
It doesn't happen with any other game, I've only played maybe 7 or 8 real time games and I'm oin the 3rd instance of it locking up bga.
What I mean by locking up bga, is that I get a blue screen with a white cloud in the middle of the screen that does nothing. It doesn't make any difference what browser I'm on or if I'm using the app. I get this on the app. Quit the app and start up a browser on the computer, same blue screen. Everytime I get timed out with a decrease of my reputation and then I'm allowed to go back to the bga home screen.
I've submitted the bug multiple times and someone immediately responds and says, "not a bug" and closes the issue even though it continues to be an issue. The bug is being ignored, so that's why I'm posting here.
