Arena matching doesn't work

Hi I have set in my arena settings that I never want to play a player who is more than one level higher than me. Unfortunately, I am routinely matched with players who are at a much higher level. For example, one arena game I was matched in, my ELO is 100 and the opponent's ELO is 338. This is quite annoying to routinely face opponents who have played hundreds of more games than I have when the settings should prevent this. Is there any way to force the arena matching to honour my settings?

This is two differents ranking:
- the elo rating which represent your level accross all settings, all numbers of players which is a number (like 435) ;
- and the arena rating which represent how well you goes in the current season with specific setting and number of players. It's represent by a league (like gold) and a number (between 0 and 9, except for elite)

The only setting you can choose in arena is about that arena setting. The elo of players doesn't matter for the arena: maybe someone is really good at 2p and have very high elo, but the arena setting is 4p, and that player is just average on it, and so will have an average league.

The main problem is when a very good player (high elo) just start playing arena. He will be bronze with a very high level. But once he reach his real level, it will not be a problem anymore.

Thank you very much for that information. I did not realize that matching in arena was different from ELO level!
