Cards Bug

When an event card is played, another event card is played than the one the player chooses. Has anyone encountered this bug and how was it fixed?
That's just how the game works.
There's is an event deck with cards at the start of the game (I'll call that deck A), and when you "play" an event, you aren't actually playing it. You are "seeding" it for later, and it goes into deck B, but the top card from event A is played.
When deck A runs out, deck B gets shuffled and becomes the new deck to have events played from.
So, when you play (seed) an event card, that event won't likely occur for multiple game rounds.
Does that make sense?
