Space showing # of cards in each hand during a game.

Why do some people have a number above, and a number below, such as: a 6 over a 3 ??? Mine shows 2, others are showing as 10 or 1.
I'm just guessing here.... but it could be they have a long name with a number or numbers at the end and the number has wrapped, so it looks like for example 8 over 7.
