Way to flag people I don't want to play with?

Is there a way to flag users that I don't want to play with so I don't get put in a game with them?

That's what (private) red thumbs are for.

And to give a private red thumb, either:
1) go to their profile and under "Reputation" you will see "My opinion about [username]" with green and red thumbs next to them. Click on the red one, click "I want to avoid this person," and click the option that says "this is my personal opinion"; or
2) at the conclusion of a game, you will see green and red thumbs next to the player's name.
