Hi. From reading BGG chats I believe that the Acrobat (advanced) can climb from level 3 and escape to the roof after all safes are opened. How do I take that action with the BGA implementation?

You can't. Or at least my interpretation says you can't. The effect of the advanced acrobat specifically refers to going to a tile on the floor above. There is no tile for exiting the building. A similar example I know of is the rise one floor event card which would actually let you escape if you are on the 3rd floor. (Unfortunately bga hasn't implemented that minor technicality).
