Card Distributions and Shuffling

The rules for Challengers say:
When no additional card fits in the compartment, shuffle all cards in it and place them at the bottom of the corresponding Level Pile.
And it says elsewhere that whenever a card is discarded, whether during drafting or deck clean-up, it's put into this compartment. My question is how does the BGA adaptation handle this? Does the compartment have a definitive size? Or are the discarded cards only reshuffled when a player attempts to take from an empty deck? Or perhaps these rules are ignored and discarded cards are immediately shuffled back into the deck?

It simulates the physical version the same way -- whenever cards are drawn, they exhaust the deck. When they are discarded, they go into a hidden pile, and reshuffle when needed.
It was decided not to make this visible, since the intent is for players not to card count precise reshuffle timing in what's intended to be a fast-paced, lighthearted game.

I feel like players are 'competing' for some certain good cards, so I try to play as fast as possible during the deck phase so I don't need to feel bad about others stealing my good cards just because my network is not fast enough...

Good news, they can't do that.

Just like in real life, the initial 5 cards you are given are secret and reserved for you until you discard them. So you can think about them for a minute if you need to.

Normally, there are 4 copies of each unique in the common draw decks A, B, & C. The exceptions are Common cards at 8 copies, and Rare cards at 3 or 2 copies. Based on that and the sets you're playing with, you can try to count cards - you won't know if opponents are taking redraws on BGA, though. IMO it's not worth the effort even in the physical game.

I'm not expecting an exact deck count for each level, but it would be nice to know when the discard is reshuffled into the deck since this could impact decisions like which level to draft from when there is a choice. I understand the reasoning that the publisher wants to keep the game light/casual - just not how I like to play games

Common are Skeletons x8 but also Clones x5.

All animals are x3 in decks A and B, but x2 in deck C.
That said, I wouldn't mind an option in the settings knowing when the discards are being reshuffled because playing the game IRL, I can literally SEE when we are reshuffling the deck which makes me decide if I want to go A or B. Now there's arena, there's players playing more competitively and that does impact the game. It's one more decision that could be crucial.

Is there card list(with picture) for ALL solo cards and trophies?
Rulebook only says 1 robot deck: 19 cards.

I have them at home if you want?
Edit:
I've played solo a lot and even LEVEL 5 and I've never played against
Robogram and
Autocorrect, are they implemented on BGA?

Yes, but you must enable the "solo challenge mode" option. This does not guarantee you will see those card(s), but it gives a chance of it happening.
