Why did I get the 3rd place in the tournament when all top three actually tie?

all our stats tie. Besides, I beat both the tied players in our direct matches. I feel unfair to be the 3rd place.

As I noted in the other thread
https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewto ... 87#p146787, it appears to be that (1) first place went to the player who played a completed game against a withdrawn player, whose remaining games were abandoned against the other two tied players, and (2) second and third place were awarded based on age of account, which is the usual (undocumented and hopelessly unfair) tie-breaker.
