I am not sure whether my friends and I are consistently choosing settings that do not affect ELO calculations, but it appears that for all the games I've been playing I have no ELO score.

For example, I have played Paint the Roses several times, won several times (though that is not there either) and I have an ELO of 1 and a win of 0%. This is consistent across other games I've played except Carcassonne.

Any assistance or explanation is appreciated!

You probably create tables with "Friendly Mode" on.
This mode gives no ELO.

Thank you for the response! I guess I've been missing this setting!

Is the default game mode on mobile friendly mode? I don't seem to be able to change it and every game I initiate doesn't result in an ELO.

Friendly mode is unlimited time mode as well. If you want ELO, you have to have a time limit on your games. As far as I'm aware, there's no reason you shouldn't be able to adjust it (I've never had any issues on either mobile or desktop).
