It would be great to have an undo button, especially as this game currently doesn't have a tutorial so it's possible some people don't fully understand the rules.

In my case I was trying to build a wagon cost 5, I took two cards to be able to discard 5 wagons at my next turn (bringing my total number of cards to 6 at the end of my turn). Then I got a message saying I had to discard one card to go to 5 cards (thus my turn was useless). I didn't know about this rule and I guess the 5 cost cards can only be played as an upgrade and not a first card.
Then I accidentally clicked on the card I wanted to play to discard.

As a result I would have love to have an undo button, then I would have realized that taking too many cards was not allowed and I could have also saved the card I discarded by error.

It's truly is an Epic Fail on BGA's part that they don't have a mandatory rule that all games from the start have an Undo button. I tried messaging the staff and they don't give a flying F about their userbase.

I agree an UNDO button would be useful for this game. But, creating an UNDO for Isle of Trains, will be quite a challenge.

In the case you stated, the undo would not have saved you from having to discard. In games that have an UNDO, the UNDO cannot be used once information, such as drawn cards, is revealed. But it would have saved you from clicking the wrong card to discard, as this would not have revealed any new info.

Maybe a warning, LIKE I HAVE SEEN IN OTHER GAMES, before drawing from a deck. At this point, it isn't a matter that it can't be implemented, it's that it won't. I own the original version and excitedly Kickstarted this new version, and love the game in real life. I refuse to play it on BGA anymore because of this bad implementation. It would be one thing if we asked for something unreasonable, but I have played plenty of games on here and the fact that a, in my opinion, must-needed feature is not applied is unforgivable. I feel bad for people who play the game on here and don't realize how great it is because of situations like this.

Games aren't supposed to get out of Beta without undo anymore.

This needs to be fixed.
