Figured it out, got to play a new game in latest arena season 14, find the game of your choice that you played last season and then click on the coloured shield (bronze, silver etc), that will take you to the current arena season stats but top right there is option to click back through previous seasons.

Another solution : Go on PLAY NOW (New Lobby) page and click on the name of the game (it is a link) you want to know your last arena results.
You have on the middle of the page, your current "Ranking" and below "My Arena history" with the 2 last seasons.
