Board Game Arena

One of the more upvoted items for a change in Quantum is accessibility improvements. I have some ideas on how to do that, but my primary concern right now is how to "remember" the users preference. Thinking about it more, I think it would be a good idea to have it as a users setting that would carry over to all games, instead of each game implementing a manual toggle somehow.

Is this already available? If not, could it be added?
