So I was playing a realtime Arena match and was about to win at the end of my second game, but then my opponent conceded just before I could roll dice for my final kill. It appears I get no Arena advancement? Can this be true?

You got two Arena points. There's no difference between conceding and playing to the end and losing.

Ah! The points are there now I see. Thanks for pointing that out. They did not appear to have been awarded at the moment the game ended, as they are when games end "normally".

The difference is that one respects the opponent's time

Imo it's good to at least offer to concede
