In this game twice tried to take partner zoo, but unable. First time is reward for 8th conservation point, second is ordinary association action.

Did you Upgrade you association Action? If Not, you Just cant Take a third Partner zoo

You didn’t upgrade the Association action, which is needed to get a 3rd/4th partner zoo

Ah of course. Ive never not upgraded completely forgot. Was trying new thing
