What is the proper way of reporting someone cheating?

From the FAQ:

"f you think a player committed a serious offence during a game (for example insulting someone in the chat), please report them to us, using the 'report this player' link from their profile or by clicking on the 'red thumb' at the end of the game, so that we can take appropriate measures."

It's not about insulting. This game is communication game. So it's about what someone said but the only bad thing about it is not obey to the rules, so cheating. That affects game result. What to do in that case?
For now I found two kind of cheating in this game:
1. suggest your team what are your assignments
2. make mistake in your word and not tell in table chat

You can still use the 'report this player' tab.

And cheating in Decrypto will mostly be obvious, as the team chats are visible to the other team via replay once the game ends, and can also be seen by a moderator.

So you are saying that moderator reads all conversation from all tables?
Where is report this player option? Do you mean red thumb?
I still don't think you differentiate bad behavior and cheating

totally agree! So much cheating is done on games here. For example, taking extra turns is done. Also, not limiting in a move is done. Cheating is abundant.

Can you please explain what you mean by "taking extra turns"? What do you mean by "not limiting in a move"?
