Board Game Arena

I'm playing in my first Mem 44 tournament (started yesterday) and there's something I really don't understand. I got timed out in two games (my opponent only expelled me in one) and I was sitting in front of my computer the whole time and making moves whenever I got a go to table notification. I have since gotten another timed out loss over night. Meanwhile in a bunch of my games its been someone else's turn for awhile (i don't mind that). What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the info.

These may be connection issues on your side. Similar things have happened to me. The game sometimes tells me that it's my opponent's turn and that I can time them out when in reality it's me that's getting timed out. Check your internet/wifi connections, flaky networks are a thing. Also, refresh the page early and often -- hard refresh, however that works for your operating system and browser.
