Game Didn't End

I was playing my first game of Lost Ruins of Arnak. It was three-player. The game finished and the total scores got calculated, but BGA thinks the game is still running/open and won't let me play anything else. Do I just need to give it time to record the game already ended, or should I do something else? Although I lost the game I'd prefer not marking that I quit the game (because I didn't).

I see you are stuck! And when i go to look at your game, it acts like I was a player and the game is still going. Try "report a bug"

So now the game shows as abandoned because no move was made after a long time, yet the game had already ended. I’m ok with that from a stats point of view as it was my first game and I played horribly. But the others would expect their ELO points.

AAARRRGGH - the same just happened this evening. The game completed. Winner happened. But the 'game results' didn't complete. One of the other players who did finish the game now shows as having quit. This is horrible. I came third of three. I don't care about my ELO points but I hope the winner gets theirs!

Sounds like a serious bug with the game, and looking at the replay log doesn't suggest anything else going on. I'm curious though that when I searched the bug reports for Lost Ruins of Arnak the only one I could find that even mentioned this was yours that you raised a day or two ago. I'm not saying it's your fault at all - I literally have no idea what's happening, and I haven't personally played Arnak here for a while so don't have a recent game experience to compare it to - but it seems really weird if this completely game-breaking bug has happened in 2 of your games but seemingly not to anyone else!
I wish you luck in figuring it out - unfortunately if it is a bug in the game code it looks like the developer is no longer active in fixing bugs

Thank you for replying. And for checking the game log. I know I created the table on the second game and might have on the first, so next time I’ll join someone else’s table. Not sure why that would affect it but clutching at straws. I’ve really enjoyed the first two games and want to play again, but getting ‘abandoned’ results on my log is putting me off. I’ve also posted to the Arnak game forum.

Now played a third time, joining someone else’s table. Same thing. Game finished. Score card calculates. BGA doesn’t finalise the game. Four hours later says ‘abandoned’ through inaction. This is getting tiring.

I think in this case, you should even contact BGA support directly. This is a very weird thing that could also point to a problem outside of Arnak.

I've raised both a game related bug and a BGA bug. Is there any other way to contact support? I don't mind not getting the ELO (as I've lost my first four Arnak games) but I hope the winners got their points!!
