Colonies of eliminated player listed as "not producing"

I was playing a 4-player (Victory Conditions Multi-Player Long Game -
https://boardgamearena.com/3/spaceempir ... =379893616) game and after the first player was eliminated (i.e. green), our colonies on his former worlds are listed as "not producing" and they no longer show their income of 5.
Is this mentioned in the rules somewhere (or is this a bug)?

It seems to be a bug because after the following economic all those former colonies that were owned by other players showed 1CP income.
So I reported it as a bug here:

Not a bug. Eliminated player looses all of their pieces including colonies.
From Master Scenario Book vol. 2:
1.1.9 Multiplayer Long Game Victory Condition: Players are
eliminated when their Homeworld is destroyed. Remove all of
their pieces and Colonies.

Agree that the green colonies should eliminated once his Homeworld fell. However the game also eliminated the functioning Red, Blue and yellow colonies in the Green space region as well.
Think its clearly a bug as green colonies were indeed supposed to be destroyed when the green homeworld fell but not the other players in green space region. Blue lost 5 colonies as a result, red 4 colonies and Blue 1 (there was gang up on green which we then occupied and colonized his planets)
There was another bug at the end that prevented us from finishing the game and had to abandon it. For some reason at the end, the last 5 points of the Yellow Homeworld could not be bombarded as an error message will appear.

Ah, makes sense now.
I have had a bug blocking the killing blow on an opponent. The reason is that the log becomes too big and the game can't finish. Lunalol has to open the game and manually delete the log for it to finish. If that is the same case.
