Expell Timer is a joke

Sorry, im really really mad currently, so this post wont be without loud words.
i jsut had a 84min game. It took pretty long, because there were nearly no Projects to support and so on.
But that does not really matter.
Overall i played 1:30min shorter than my opponent, but my last few turns were all double actions, which were pretty complicated so they took a little while.
Lets remember: OVerall i still played faster than my opponent.
But in the last 2 turns my timer went red, because i couldnt do the turns fast enough and my opponent kicked me out of the game while the game already ended. i just had 1 extra action left which i was currently doing and both players already were above 100 points.
WHICH MEANS: I got kicked out of a game while i was in my VERY LAST ACTION OF A 84MIN GAME because 2 turns in the whole game took a little too long.
i mean serously? is this fair or whatever? im so damn frustrated right now i feel like i never want to play ark nova on bga again.
PLZ change the timer in whatever way that this cant happen anymore. im so damn frustrated right now, that i can be kicked out of a game where i didnt even play slower than my opponent, just because a few turns in a row take some time.
here is the game im talking about:

People have complained about this for ages. Being kicked when you are winning, especially on the last turn, is an experience lots of players have had. It means they stop playing certain games. It means they don't participate in Arena and Tournaments. It means that when time comes to renew premium, they will think about it more. It has only negative effects on the player base.
Obviously something needs to be done.

Set your arena settings to slower than fast play. 38mins is pretty long per player. Anyway it sucks to be kicked than.
I know on other games it's like as long as actions happen it always sets back to some time. That should probably also be.
Though as said first things first and use proper time settings, it does suck if a game that's supposed to be fast goes so long when your opponent goes overtime.
P.s.: do you know you can adjust your time settings for arena

Im normaly pretty fast, this Game Just took especisly Long. And Like I Said: my opponent played longer than me Overall, thats the biggest Joke about this.
So i dont need to adjust time, but i would Like a Timer that works. that does Not lead to people getting kicked, while they are obviously playing, and while they didnt even need more time than their opponent.
Especialy Not in the very last Turn lol.
That Yesterday was the Most frustrating expirience i ever Had in my gaming History and i Play online Games since 1998.

Red-thumb the player for being disagreeable, but they did nothing against the rules.
The fact that you used less total time is not important, as the "rule" is that you have a certain amount of time per turn, with a cap. Your opponent could also argue that they played suboptimal moves in some turns because they struggled to play in time, while you ignored the timer (I'm not saying that is the case, but it could be their view).
Would you like the timer to work in some different way? You can submit a suggestion.

i would like a "smart" timer who realises if someone is just stalling, or is still playing.
i have actualy no idea how you can do that, im no programmer or something. but to get kicked out of a game while you want to click your last move in a game, feels so damn frustrating that it shouldnt be possible.
another option would be that playing cards which give you double actions automaticaly add some seconds to your timer, that would at least be something that wouldnt be that hard to achieve, because you just need to tell the timer: "if player x plays card y, add xy seconds to his timer".
because that was the whole problem in that game. sometimes with double turns the timer is really really fast.
so you could automaticaly add a few seconds for effects of animals like the eagles, the hippo or the big monkey for example, or if someone uses a 2x multiplyer.
that would prevent that people stall games on purpose, because those effects dont happen all the time, but would also lead to a little less pressure especialy in the last few turns of a game.
i think the timer is totaly fine in most party of the game, but i think you should get some extra seconds for "big" double or even tripple actions which can also happen especialy on silverlake.

1. No, the timer are here for a reason, if a player get of time, others should be able to kick him, even if he keeps playing.
2. Ok for double action, but how do you handle player that would play the card and undo to increase their timer ?

1. agreed
2. yeah thats the issue, i mean 3 minutes is still more than enough for an double or even tripple turn. Not sure how it is in the background programmed, but is it possible that every 2x/determination is tracked and it only gives +1 minute once, if you undo, your bad?

Easy: Just give this Bonus only once. So IT does Not Matter If you redo the Turn 20 times
