I got 10 points, which is 1+1+5+3.
For the bottom hand, isn't flush 4 points,not 5?
And for royalty, if it's worse( not shown on the list), does it count as 0 point?

You forgot the base point.
About royalties: both players count their royalty, then the line winner scores the difference.

What do u mean by base point?

Points for Winning hands, foul and sweep

Each hand won: 1 point
Bonus for winning all three hands (sweep): 3 points
Opponent's Foul: 6 points

For each category, the best combinaison gets +1.
If you beat your opponent in all of the 3 categories, you gain an extra +3.
Flush give you an extra +4.

So: 1 (first line) + 1 (second line) + (1+4) (third line+bonus for flush) + 3 (beat your opponent) = 10.

Then opponent got the same amount of point multiplied by -1.
