Cancel tournament withdraw...?

I won't have time to finish all my tournaments because of changes in my life so I withdrew all my tournaments. After that I noticed one tournament had the last ongoing game which I finished. I don't have much hope but is it possible to cancel the withdraw somehow...? I just finished the tournament with 5/5 wins.
