...or has anyone else felt that, since the announcement of new leadership and increased fees, the servers have been significantly deteriorating?

Not trying to start anything, just curious if it's just me who feels this way.

What kind of deteriorating ?

One notable change during that time was Ark Nova, which I believe leadership announced led to increased server load due to its popularity.

In fact, a new server was even added during that time to manage the load, and upgrade/maintenance work has been happening this last week to fix problems and improve reliability.

It's a rough road but it is definitely being worked and not neglected.

Are you suggesting the new leaders would made server crash on purpose? Why would they do that?

There's no relation between the new leadership and the recent servers issues. In fact, since few weeks, we encounter physical servers issues (cooling, connectivity, and so on) on some of our servers. We are doing our best to serve the best experience to all players.
