Interest Check: Faster Real Time Speed

Would anybody be interested in an even faster real time game speed? Right now games are estimated to take 17 minutes but can take usually up to 28. I'm thinking of something that would give each player something like 4 minutes total - a VERY quick pace.

Game developers don't have any control over the game speeds.
