Red thumbed player list for quick and effective removal

I sometimes red thumb players to avoid playing too many games with same player. I choose personal opinion, so their karma are not affected.
In time, list grows and grows. So after I am finished with a game (meaning got bored of that game) I want to remove the red thumb quickly from those players. If there can be an implementation for for that, it might be very useful.
