Request for clarity on when animal tokens refill

There is some trigger that causes ALL jungle tiles to refill with animal tokens. I couldn't find this in the instruction booklet. Would someone mind letting me know what the trigger is? A certain round? A certain number of animals already taken? ... Thanks!

I am aware that taking the last animal token from under any one jungle tile will cause the tile to refill. That is not my question.

It’s very simple. Taking the last token from a column triggers the filling of all columns.

What you're saying is that taking all of the animals from one column doesn't just trigger that column being refilled, but all columns being refilled. I'm not sure why I didn't realize that before, but it makes sense. Thanks!
