Is it possible to display players from a given country? You could then click on each one separately and give them a thumbs down, and thus avoid playing with players from the selected country.
Now the only option I've found is to go after every Russian I see on a table or top rank and give them a thumbs down to block them from entering the table I create.

You know, if you continue with this, all you'll do is get banned.

The thing you are asking for is not possible!
I will just give you a couple of icy pieces of advice, regardless of my personal opinion on this issue:

1. You can very well simply MANUALLY decline each game a person with a certain flag joins; then Red Thumb them and redo the game table from scratch.
2. Or you can search for Certain Country Groups and Red Thumb everyone there (there, in the Group: Upper Row - COMMUNITY - FIND A GROUP).
3. Or you can write a TABLE DESCRIPTION TEXT, something ideally non-racist, but clear enough to make players from a certain country (who have the MANUAL game-joining mode set on, and not the AUTOMATIC one) not join your table, or whatever...

I think from your previous post being locked, you should have realised that the things you are looking for, won't have any constructive result, on the forum.
