Will the white energies merge with black energies in the very bottom bubble?

I read the rules, but would like to make sure I'm not missing something.

With the Yin-Yang expansion, I understand that the white energy merges with the black energy to make a yin-yang. Both disappear, and you get points for your yin-yang tokens.

Also white acts as a temporary harmonizer.

I'm trying to figure out if I ought to be moving them down, or if the only way to make yin-yang is when they're in the colored bubbles.

From the official French rules, when both a black and a white are on the same Chakra at the end of the turn, they are discarded and you get a yin Yang half.
In the rulebook, the same Chakra part is highlighted. The area at the very bottom is called the Earth and is distinctly not a Chakra. So I guess they shouldn’t combine down there.

It’s still possible to move the white positive energies to the Earth, they just don’t give points at the end of the game.
