ONLY ME, I lose too much point

3 players:
- 180 Elo
- 200 Elo (me)
- 270 Elo
180 Elo player win --> I lose "-18" Elo point and the 270 Elo player ONLY "-4"
WHYYY, it isn't the first time I notice this. In another games, player earn "+40" or "+50" points when they win and me only "+13" even if they have the same point as me.
SOMEONE CAN EXPLAIN THIS TO ME?!?!?
IT IS REALLY ANNOYING...

Because you got beaten by 2 players and finished last in a 3p game. The other person lost to the person who won, but they still "won" and did better than you which compensates elo swings.

During your first games of a games, your elo will increase and decrease a lot more to put you in your real elo faster.
So in 2 players games, you can often see a +10/-20 which is caused exactly by that. If the other player won you would have -10/+20.
