Hi, in a 2 player game I just played, even though I did not have the inn, after the other player passed, either I paid 1 denier, or 3 denier to place a worker, and I do not understand why, is there a rule on this?

Found out that it costs 1 always to go to own building

The 2nd printing English rules as written say in a two player game the cost of placing a worker is 1 denier until a player passes, then it becomes 3 deniers (as opposed to 3-4-5 player games where it increases 1 denier for each passed player). Exceptions are placing on your own building is always only 1 denier and if you occupy the Inn then only 1 denier.
