I just lost a Carcassonne game due to instability in the platform. losing many karma points. BGA really needs to fix this problem!

You don't lose karma for LOSING a game. You lose it if you disconnect or quit.

Had a game of Blood Rage all of a sudden stop loading. Tried everything including aksing for support and dev help. Nothing. Eventually causing a lack of Karma for me and the end of my premium subscription.
