Elo rankings

How do we get to the ELO ranking page? I remember seeing it 2 day but have forgotten where to go to view it

Standard mode is to see the arena ranking, at the bottom left. However, there is a dropdown menu at the top of that ranking, where you can switch to all time rankings, giving you the elo ranking.
