Feature Request: Warning before drawing last 10

Pretty basic: sometimes you're in the throes of the end-game, and you don't realize you're about to draw the last 10, ending the game in your defeat.

It'd be great if there were a "Are you sure? This will end the game." warning dialogue to flag to you before taking the last 10 from the deck.

Please post feature requests as "suggestions" when you click "Report a bug". That way other players can upvote this idea, which will allow me to prioritize work on it.
