Tutorial

I've tried the tutorial twice. Both times it reaches a point where I need to click on an action space. However, the interface is not responsive. This happened once trying to do the first construct action. It happened again when trying to refresh workers. Since it happened in different spots, could this be a browser issue? Any suggestions on how to complete the tutorial?
