Filter tournaments to only those you qualify for

Right now you can filter the tournament list by all games you've ever played. However, a lot of those games are ones where your ELO is under 100, meaning you can't actually join those tournaments.
You can also filter by favorite games, but sometimes you favorite a game well before your ELO rating is 100.
It would be great if we could filter to just those tournaments that you can enter, say ones where your ELO > 100 already, or other criteria they have.
