Circle (shield?) icon next to Ore - what is it?

Hi folks, just curious what the circular icon is next to ore. I’ve played a few games so far and haven’t seen it before.

not sure what you mean.. do you have a special occupation in play?
Do you mean in the player panel? A screenshot would be good.

While taking a screenshot and cropping it zoomed in and I see now it’s a -3 token for not providing for feast hah.
