So in short:
- 1 more player (probably purple)
- 2 tracks (probably Japan and Mexico)
- New season : 1964
- New events
- New advanced upgrade cards (2 instance of 3 new cards) which lets you cooldown Heat from your discard pile (and only from there)
- Author hoped for a release somewhere between Essen Spiel 2023 (that just ended) and 6 months later

There is however 0 announcement on Days of Wonder so nothing really official yet...
I'll add that the lack of official news is not necessarily a bad new, it might just mean that they don't want to commit to a date, want to take their time or might not be sure how much to put in it.

Nothing about it in the rules, and for now only 7 cars will be available with this expansion. It will be useful when expansion 5 is released
