Board Game Arena

Hello. I am a developer and wanted to start a project in Board Game Arena for the first time(I already read the guide and completed a tutorial).
I requested 2 months ago the art files for the game I wanted (Aquarius) that is currently listed as "Good to go! (license granted: 2020-08-31)". I received an email saying that I should wait and reply if they say nothing in 3 weeks(which I did and nothing happened)
Is this normal, or can I contact some admin directly to know the current status of these files and license?

Well, some publishers are not responsive enough... Just move on and find another game whose publisher answers you better.

Try contacting the publisher directly via boardgamegeek. Another approach might be to contact the designer to help find the right person within the publishers organization to contact.

I am also in waiting for art files. While I'm waiting, I have pulled some images from their TTS mod and I'm kinda working with placeholder images until I'm able to get something official. Hopefully that unblocks you while you're waiting.

Did you eventually get anywhere? I still havent gotten anything.
