How to get this combo?

My opponent had finished with combo of 3 actions: Animals 5, Association 5, Animals 2
First he played Eagle with additional action. But I cant get, how he got third action? Map 7 has no additional actions for free cubes

We likely can't be much help unless you link to the game (or at least give the game #).

Thanks... For some reason the replay won't let me jump to that move (or any move I've tried). I'll try again a little later.

Your opponent played both eagles. 1 extra action per eagle --> 3 actions in total.
