Azul ELO Issue

Hi, I've never posted in the forums before. I don't see anything about this: I don't think the ELO deductions are fair, at least in a 3 player game. The winners of my games in the 100 ELO often gets a bump up that matches the penalty of the loser. Even if you are 3rd place by 1 point, you lose so much that it's very difficult to climb out of 100. Here's the game I just played that finally made me feel like trying to find a solution, or at least complain:

ELO ranking only take game rank into account, not the points difference. Because it's the same system for every game, and points signification are different between different games.

Yes, if you regularly lose against 100-ELO opponents, it makes sense that your ELO stays at 100. Nothing wrong there. If you want to increase your ELO, you should improve your game and win more often than lose (against similarly rated opponents).

Elos take the ratings of the players into account, rather than the game score. Just repeating what you said. I had a bit of trouble following it at first even already knowing the answer.
