New (marine) end game scoring cards

I understand making the entire Marine expansion on BGA is a lot of work and needs to be tested etc,
but would it perhaps be possible to at first only implement the new ( fixed) end game scoring cards from Marine?

Perhaps as an extra option when starting a game having to pick between the original version or rebalanced ones?

It always feels bad when you get 2 of the harder ones in your hand, but it's even more frustrating if you get them now knowing the rebalanced version would be easier to fullfill.

And just adding the cards wouldnt be much work right?

It’s not just a matter of work, you need the license to implement games on BGA.
That being said, Marine World will most likely be added at some point.

AS Ez0ah said, we cant do that without publisher approval first. And probably this wouldnt be fair to change in the middle of the current Arena season.

May I ask why it "wouldn't be fair in the middle of the season"? Everyone is on equal terms, it's early in the season, it's not gonna change anyones playstyle, reduce variance and i think 99% of players would appreciate it.

Because some tables were already played with the old cards. It's better to wait the next season.

The main issue would be: "If I had had that rebalanced card in my 15th arena game, I would have won against a Top Ten Player" (completely fictional). I see some people complaining, but agree to the the point that more balance is better than less balance, no matter the point of the arena season. Plus: Can anyone guarantee that the publisher condition is met by the start of the next season? If not then this thing would take another three month given that this argument stands.

Yep I can guarantee that since I am in direct contact with them and they usually answer pretty fast.

If they simply make "upgraded end game cards" an option they could simply default it to old version for this season still.
Give non arena players the option to use them.

There were two sponsors added mid arena sans any announcement (found out about them by having them show up in the card row). The integrity of that arena season was still fine, imo.
