Implement Duel Variant

The Duel variant of Geek Out Masters is not implemented yet.
It is not presented in the current English version, but it is in the spanish one. So I made a translation in french (drive.proton.me/urls/EC7XMGAQJ4#4vBtT593yHtk) and in english (drive.proton.me/urls/EV9W68R2M4#RuWiG1np5RSh) where this variant is described.
The principal interest vs present ARENA rules is that you play with your dice as you do now, BUT ALSO with your OPPONENT's DICE which increases the variety of strategies.
I tried to make a suggestion about that but did not find my way through the menu to do it.
