Plans & Ploys personal Landmarks??

One of the main additions of the Plans & Ploys expansion is the addition of the personal Landmarks. Are these going to be implemented onto BGA? That's a pretty big part of P&P and certainly isn't a hard thing to implement on BGA. Is there an option to use this mechanism that I'm just not seeing yet?

The agreement between the editor and the programmers on BGA was to publish only the civs in the expansions, so I think this is all we get :)
