How do you resign from a game?

In top right of the web page, is a menu icon , looks like 3 horizontal bars - click that, and choose "resign" (or some option along that lines).
Note, that not all games have that option . depends on if you're playing friendly, or not .. etc.

Follow the instructions above, but look for "Concede" next to a flag. DO NOT choose "Quit this game" or you will receive a karma penalty (unless it's a friendly game). Note that a game must reach 50% progression in order for you to concede. If your game does not track progression I don't think you can concede.
Also keep in mind that conceding is a controversial topic on here. Go to the advanced forum search, search for "(concede|conceding)" and select "Topic title only" next to "Search within."
