This seems like a no brainer to be added to BGA. Any reason why there is no mention of it?

There is a thread specifically for suggesting games (
Games wanted for BGA / Jeux demandés sur BGA) pinned to the top of the Suggestions forum. I hope that helps.

It has definitely been mentioned already. It's not on the site yet for the same two reasons that any other game might not be on the site:
1) There are always more people willing to demand new games than there are willing to help actually implement them
2) Sometimes the publisher does not grant permission
