May be on BGA or BGG.
Impossible to find it.

On BGA's home page there is this list:

Most wanted games
(vote for games on Board Game Geek)
Terraforming Mars (2019)
Brass: Birmingham (1866)
Small World (1833)
Citadels (1772)
Le Havre (1752)
Arkham Horror (1731)
Agricola: All Creatures Big and Small (1714)

It's in the lower right on non-mobile devices. You may have to scroll for a bit on mobile devices.

You're probably thinking of this geeklist on BGG, which is linked to on BoardGameArena's front page:

The idea is that you can give a thumbs up to any game you're interested in there. That's the only voting system I'm aware of for game suggestions.
