I turned on the "detailed logs" option for a game of Space Empires, so the game log shows how each token moved. I thought this would be really handy, since my opponent and I are playing a turn-based game, but I'm confused about how the coordinates work.
For instance, I moved a token from the second hex in the first row (near the top-left corner of my board) to the first hex in the second row. The log shows, "Miner moves from H0101 to H0100." I can't figure how it makes any sense to have those two hexes numbered that way, but I'm sure I'm missing something.
Is there a way to get the number for any given hex on the board? I was hoping it might happen when I mouse over the hex, but that doesn't seem to work.
