Ravens house rule

Some people prefer to play without the 4 "powerful birds", and I sort of get it, but I very very much want to keep them in the game; I don't join tables that have the "remove powerful birds" option here.
However, I have someone I play with in person who wants to play without the ravens. She doesn't think the gull and killdeer are too powerful, just the ravens, and I do agree the ravens are more significant than the gull & killdeer. So, we came up with a compromise:
Ravens have to draw food from the feeder, following normal feeder rules.
I think the ravens still remain very fun to play with, and she likes that it reduces their power.
Since this is an actual change to the rules of the game, I don't know if I can suggest this as an option for BGA, but I'm curious what people think. If there are plenty of other people who would prefer to play this way, and especially if there are people who currently only play with "remove powerful birds" but would play with this option instead, then it may be worth suggesting here.
