Are erratas in effect?

I was translating new cards for a while, but found many cards have the physical version's card text, not errata'd texts (e.g. Freshman, Eternal Rye Cultivation, Wood Fields, 'Meeting Place' related erratas, and etc.)
Are their changes in effect or not?

Yes, all the errata are in effect.

Edit - apparently Freshman isn't technically working the errata way yet, but have full confidence it will be before the cards get to Beta/release.

Then the card texts should be corrected according to errata as most of errata'd cards use the original text in the current version.

Fully agreed, it should be consistent and use all the errata. Thanks for bringing this up - I've messaged the developers with the full list of remaining text changes to match errata/effects, that list copied here for reference:

Cards with official errata: A097 Freshman, A129 Swagman, B022 Walking Boots, B130 Full Peasant, B150 Large-Scale Farmer, C006 Stone Clearing, C066 Eternal Rye Cultivation, C099 Garden Designer, D075 Wood Field

A097: Each time --> Once per turn when
A129: Immediately after each time --> Once per turn, immediately after
B022: remove If you do,
B130: Each time after --> Once per turn, after
B150: Each time after --> Once per turn, after
C006: Harvest them during the next field phase. These fields are considered planted until then. --> Harvest the fields with stone normally. Fields with stone are considered planted.
C066: 1 food and 1 additional grain --> 1 food or 1 additional grain
C099: at the end, add This food is considered planted.
D075: You can plant wood on this card... --> You can plant only wood on this card...

How about occupied action space related cards? Should those cards include 'Meeting Place' exclusion in each card?

In an ideal world, the cards would not need to say the Meeting Place exclusion as it's a rule applying to all cards.

Honestly, I don't know if it's better to standardize them on BGA or not because it's errata for an entire rule, not one(s) for individual card(s).

Perhaps attaching the errata to Meeting Place's description would work then? 'This space can't be used by ~' or something.
