Is it possible to be more than 12 in speed with the wind scenario ?

I didn't find this point in rules and what is the implementation in BGA at this moment ?

1 - Crash
2 - Speed more than 12 consider 12
3 - forbiden to play the dice for this
4 - other..

Hello,

Like in the physical game, your engine power can exceed 12 with the wind (6 + 6 + 3 for instance).
In this case you are over the orange token and move 2 steps forward.
